Czech Republic V Scotland 2008 Match Programmes

Due to a mix up in the Czech Republic, the Czech Republic V Scotland match programme never went on sale.

Czech Republic played Lithuania on the Tuesday before we played them and they'd produced a special double header match programme. Unfortunatly they'd actually included Latvia instead of Lithuania, and had included all the player information for Latvia. This was noticed only hours before the Lithuania game kicked off. All match programmes were supposidly withdrawn from sale and have been destroyed.

By the looks of the number of eBay listings, some now appear to be coming on to the open market. Some have sold for more than £350.

Scotland Football Match Programme Guide 1920 – 2007

This guide is compiled by Andy Mitchel who some will remeber used to be the SFA's Communications Director.  While working for the SFA Andy was able to gain an invaluable insight in to games gone by.

I ordered the book via ebay and it turned up 2 days later.  The book is a wopping 79 pages long covering every Scotland game from 1919 till then end of 2007.  The book is broken down in to the type of tournament such as Internationals, B Internationals, under 21's, Wimens games, and then per season.

The book lists out the date, oponent, venue, score and if a program was available.  It also lists if there were multiple versions, large print, or press only.
