The SSC have announced that all tickets to the Scotland V Norway game have been allocated. 2200 Tickets were available originally with 1,400 going to people who had between 4 and 10 points. Those that applied for tickets that were on 3 points will be entered in to a ballot. The ballot will take place in the next few days and all members on 3 points should find out by Friday 16th June. It is though that the SSC were short by about 100 tickets.
Unfortunately due to the way the Norwegians have sold their how support tickets it is very unlikely they'll be able to accommodate extra Scotland fans.

The Scotland Supporters club have announced the qualifying criteria for members to purchase tickets for the upcoming World Cup Qualifier against Norway.
Scotland has been allocated 2,200 tickets each priced at £32 each and SSC members will be seated in sections 109 to 112 in the VG Stand of Norway’s Ullevaal Stadium.
If you’ve 4 or more points from the last 10 away games you’re guaranteed a ticket. The ticket application hotline opens at 9am on Monday 8th June till 9pm on Friday 19th June. The telephone hotline is on 0844 481 5660.
If you’ve 3 points you‘ll have a chance to apply for a ticket. If there isn’t enough tickets available members on 3 points will be entered in to a ballot. The ballot will be drawn on Wednesday 24th June and members should know by Friday 26th June if they’ve been successful. 3 Pointers should register on the same hotline as above during the same dates and times. It’s estimated that there’ll be approximately 400 tickets left from the 4 and above pointers.
Should there still be tickets left unallocated the SSC will contact members on 2 points, then 1 point, and in the unlikely event that they’ve not all been sold, they may even contact the zero pointers.

The Norwegian Football Association have informed the SFA that Scotland will be allocated 2,200 tickets for the forthcoming World Cup qualifier in the Ullevaal Stadium in Oslo.
Under FIFA regulations, the away team are entitled to 10% of capacity. Unfortunatly Norway are carrying out work on their main stand reducing the capacity to 22,000 (from 25,000).
Ticket prices have been confirmed at 35 Euros and will be available to registered SSC members. This game is likely to be very popular and at this stage the SSC have yet to publish qualifying criteria. It's likely members applying for an official ticket will need at least 3 points to qualify for a ticket.
Scotland fans will be located in lower tear of the VG stand in sections 109 to 112. This is the same area we have been allocated on the previous 2 visits.

The SFA have now confirmed that the Norway V Scotland game will definatly be played on Wednesday 12th August 2009.
When the dates were originaly annoinced back in 2007 the game was due to be played on Wednesday 19th August. It appears that UEFA asked for the games of all European sides to be played a week earlier to the Champions League matches being played earlier.
FIFA World Cup Qualifying Match
Norway v Scotland
Wednesday, 12th August, 2009
Ullevaal Stadion, Oslo Kick-off tbc
The originally agreed date for the Norway v Scotland qualifying match was 19th August, 2009. However, at UEFA's request to FIFA, this date was changed to 12th August due to Champions League scheduling,
Despite repeated attempts by the Scottish FA to change the date of the match - preferably to October (after the SPL season has started) FIFA has ruled, after consultation with the Norwegians, that the game will go ahead on August 12.
Scottish FA Chief Executive, Gordon Smith said "We're disappointed with the decision, but at least now the date has been clarified, Scotland supporters can finally make their travel arrangements."

It's been reported on Radio Forth Two that the SFA have been trying to negotiate with Fifa and Norway to have the Norway V Scotland World Cup Qualifier moved from August to November. The SFA think it's unfair that the Scottish League isn't running by that point.
There's still debate as to when the game is anyway - it was annoinced the game would be on the 19th August, but at some point it was moved to the 12th.
The SFA advise not to book anything yet.
