At the end of the day Adidas have shirt templates for each season, so whoever has created this is only speculating based on the designs currently out this season. I have a feeling adidas will add something sort of bespoke like they do for germany/france/japan etc i.e. the lion rampant or a saltire so i think elements of that design are realistic.
