The Evil Scotsman Debate – Who’s song is it?

Going back many years there's been a debate over who sung the Sone "Evil Scotman".  Was it Billy Connoly?

The Evil Scotsman (Trouble was the original title) was written by George Allan (AKA the Rockin' Jock) and Garry Desmond.
